We "grew up" together meeting as police explorers with our respective hometowns, going to college together, the law enforcement academy, and working EMS part time together. When I got hired to my current FT spot, it was odd not having him there. A year later we have another spot open and he got it! The dynamic duo!
Yes they do- however I've always found using that line or one closely related to it never has the implied effect it should warrant. Quite the opposite actually.
Why can't it be simple?
We don't get ketamine or haldol here on the rig well the next County over does but only for excited delirium

76, sunny with a light breeze here. No humidity. Took the Thunderbird out for a nice cruise and snapped a selfie. 
the first 4 hours today are holiday pay. now im on overtime/holiday pay but its till the same...
dont get double time... im on OT till thursday
mowed the yard today dissasembled the mower deck to sharpen blades and oil up the spindles
came in to work tonight and went to one of the buildings to get to the bench top grinder to sharpen said blades
had a squad meeting before work and it was a doosey. CAPT and another member almost got into a fist fight :crazy:

a nice city police man escorted me to the side of the road to advise me that the company vehicle I drive has a headlight out... DUH! (by the way this officer is on "DUI" Patrol tonight so I know what he was really doing)

I took advantage of my FEVER Elite Membership and ordered a 4200 and Pegasus tonight... Now I'm all impatient and want it NOW... lol
That's why you need to send those off to the cleaners. Remember, Doug, once a year whether they need it or not.
