Ran on a pt who inhaled chlorine off gas /powder. Initial call we cleared with an als ama. She sounded good no Dib no wheezing nothing.... 2 hours later called again and she's bad wheezing in all 4 fields, diminished in the lowers. And we had als transport her

And up and back for a 12 hour shift before I get a day off tomorrow.
