No, they are part of the radar detector & jammers.

EDIT: OK, I was incorrect. I though I recall someone in the past saying they were part of the radar and jammers.

They are indeed lights. That car was on the Bull Run show then they crashed it into pieces.

Distance shots of the "remote battery ETD" set up

Now in one of the videos he shows a carson siren. he also states that he may have to run up to 30 minutes to a call. wouldnt a siren running for that long almost kill a battery plus the HIGH INTENSITY lights...
