As far as I know you have to be licensed to operate a radar gun. If you are a ham, your license covers the operation of a radar. That's what I meant by that

I highly doubt that guy is a Ham Operator. The fact he has a radar only means he has a radar, lol. I don't know what Ham operators you are looking at but most operators at least have a Ham radio in their vehicle, and if they don't then maybe a portable of some kind... This guy only has a scanner and a CB radio...
