Whelen Whelen 500 Linear LEDs won’t sync

I have 2 Mirror Beams and 2 Whelen 500’s installed in my grille. Recently replaced one of the mirror beams as it stopped working, and now suddenly my entire setup is out of sync. I had a simple pattern setup - right side (blue) would alternate with the left side (red).

Tried almost everything. Turned everything back to factory settings and scrolled through patterns, yet nothing will sync - even though the gray synchronization wires are connected together.

I might have accidentally tapped on the ScanLock wire whilst replacing my right Mirror Beam. How would I go about fixing this? It looks like a proper mess right now.

Maybe one side is in phase with the other?
What controller are you using?

reset all to beginning with the sync and scan lock not connected to each and be sure that they are set to proper phase 1 and 2
