i have to do the same thing. can use blue only for fire calls, but can use red/blue for EMS call. Two separate departments. Two separate entities. Two different ranks.

SLIDE SWITCH 1: All Amber
SLIDE SWITCH 2: All Blue
SLIDE SWITCH 3: Red/Blue
