Identify This Lightbar

I ran across a listing for a used fire truck on Craigslist and was looking at the lightbar mounted on top of the cab. The lenses made me think it was possibly a Code 3 SD because of the clear cut outs on each end. What threw my off was how close the forward facing clear cut outs were to the center spreaker cover. I also noticed the two amber cut outs on the rear near the center speaker cover. Any thoughts?

Due to the mounting feet, It looks to me like a Twinsonic with domes from a Code3 SD bar.
According to the cutouts, the domes come from an SD bar with Select-Alert and Night-Probe option. May be the former Lightbar of this truck that was replaced by this Twinsonic.

The SD domes are slightly longer than the Twinsonic ones.
Therefore, the cutouts reach further below the speaker cover.

Pretty sure I can see horizontally split, bi-directional mirrors in the front shot, so it's likely a Twinsonic 12X, but with modified domes or, and quite possible, Code 3 SD domes.

Looks like a Model 12 with SD domes. SD Domes can be modified to fit a Twin by cutting whichever side is to be inside with slots or notches to fit the bar. I find this frequently and it irritates me each time I find it.
