Green Light Thread

Did they truly use these, and in this color combination?
I've never seen a CFD vehicle with a Firebeam. But they use so much, someone could have had one. I've seen PowerArc dash lights, visor flip downs. For years when the Highlighter came out, all the big bosses' cars had a clear dome Highlighter on the rear deck. The rotators were green & clear. There was a red filter over the middle mirror.

Found this little guy today... First post of 2018 in the Green light thread! woohoo!

856 = All versions starts with these numbers followed by:

1 = 6 Volt
2 = 12 Volt
3 = 24 Volt

.1 = First version permanent mount
.2 = First version DDR pipe mount
.5 = Second version permanent mount
.6 = Second version DDR pipe mount
(.3 and .4 are not in any of my FER catalogues)

Without a / = Blue
/1 = Red
/2 = Amber
/3 = Green
/42 = Blue DIN pipe mount
/52 = Red DIN pipe mount
/62 = Amber DIN pipe mount
/72 = Green DIN pipe mount

Examples:
8562.1 = Blue 12 Volt First version.
8562.5 = Blue 12 Volt Second version.
8563.1/2 = Amber 24 Volt First version.
8561.1/1 = Red 6 Volt First version.
8563.2/2 = Amber 24 Volt DDR pipe mount First version.
8562.6/1 = Red 12 Volt Second version DDR pipe mount.
8562.6/42 = Blue 12 Volt DIN pipe mount.

I think you will get hang on it.

There are many German sites on the Internet that says that the blue light’s number is 8563.1 in 12 Volt but that is wrong.

All these numbers are from several original catalogues and brochures that I have.

These colours are not stated in any of the catalogues I have but I have a light yellow lens that I bought from the Swedish distributor and that I have installed on an amber 8562.5/2.

I call this colour for Italian yellow because Italy use this light yellow colour.
