Funny vanity license plates

I read a story in the flint journal about a msp trooper or genesee county sheriff that stopped a guy for having his plate upside down in flint. his plate was custom and was 370H55V. i think secretary of state banned it.

370H55V = ASSHOLE

hilarious

MYSNAIL < my personal plate, on my "toy" a 505 hp turbo grand prix

NNMNMMN < was on a corvette that definitely did not sound stock, my guess is so that LEO's have a hard time reading/deciphering

That's positively genius. In anything but overcast, ALPR will bust a nut on that one. Not too smart to rob a store with it since I guarantee there aren't too many cars registered with only a bunch of Ns and Ms making a regular lookup easy, but no more red light cameras (unless they kick it up for manual review)...

Will probably beat repo scouts though, and if you combine it with reflective spray...

Plate Read : NT10851

Frame read : Nothing parties like a stolen car

Ca VC 10851 = Stolen car

so I'm guessing not stolen

another frame read: Negative 28 & 29 (wants & warrents) Clear NCIC

In NYC the code for a medical run over pd is 10-54

My corp's 1st lt's plate is "IMA54EDP"

10-54 edp is the code over pd for crazy person

Saw a plate on my way to Des Moines last weekend that said "DONG 00". I don't know if it has any particular meaning, but Dong is always funny when read in public.

On a side note, all Iowa license plates with zeroes recently started being manufactured with Ø instead of 0. The only time Ø's were ever on Iowa plates before was HAM radio plates, but now all new plates of any kind have them. Never seen this in any other state accept for HAM plates, either.

saw one last night.

so it should be xxx rx(just a sticker he put on) rr

co-worker had '10-32', which is the local 10 code for 'armed' or 'gun present' (as I try to remember the 10 code card I haven't looked at since the academy 8 years ago).

As I was reading these, I thought about a 10-32 plate as well. I don't know if plates with numbers only can be had here in Indiana but I'm pretty sure something like IAM1032 would be possible.

So I was back in my hometown of Waterbury, CT, and I saw this car in front of me. The simple yet deep brilliance of the license plate in front of me compelled me to immortalize the intense wisdom and mental fortitude that the driver has been blessed with. And now, without further ado...I give you...
