Who makes this beacon?

Its time for everyone’s favourite game, “Who Makes This Light”???? I recently purchased this very interesting light. It is a modern looking “economy” style beacon with just a halogen bulb that flashes. It had a generic GE flasher on the inside and the lens says Safco on the bottom. No parts numbers or other identifying markings of anykind. Would love to know who makes it and how easy it would be to get a amber lens.

I have these 3 NOS, and I believe I have at least one new box. The only ID marking on the boxes and lights is Safco. Still looking for a blue. The factory 12 Volt bulb was # 1195, 50 candlepower, 37.5 Watt.
