Whelen CenCom outlet #1/#2/#3 plugs

Hi, does anyone know where I can find the plugs that go into outlets #1(40A/White),#2(20A/Blue),#3(20A/Green) on the CenCom brain? Are they something that can be located in a autoparts store or are they a Whelen exclusive?
