What lights did the Dallas police use in the 60s?

Dallas police used a few interesting red flashing lights in the 60s, anyone know what manufacturer made them and the models used?

In the 1960s they used red Signal Stat Cyclo-Stat 4" double sided lollipops, one on either side of the center mounted mechanical siren.

Until these videos were posted the only clear image in my memory was the stock FedSig 28 bolted to the roof.
