need help fixing/restoring a mark VII siren

i have a mark VII siren which is afu, ill take pics soon, but yea i havent had a camera in a while maybe ill get my brother to take some, but anyways, its afu im looking to see if someone would be able to fix it so it can go back into service or keep for show , and aprox what would it be to fix it
