Radio has tag intact(tag has wear but was like that when I got it) with matching serial number but flash code does not match and last programmed with CPS 29. No ASK or passwords. Radio comes with VHF/GPS whip antenna, accessory port cover, good Impres Li-ion battery w/belt clip and Impres charger. Free conventional programming is available. Asking $750 shipped.
