Looks like a good idea. I like the placement and synchronization.

I like it, but watching that video, most of those drivers new what they were doing, they were on the wrong side of the road.
Sounds like a good pilot program. This day and age it would only make sense to update school bus codes and the MUTCD to reflect it as well.
The Fusion is a good cheap alternative. Would be nice to see some double stacks or Whelen 400 size heads front and rear.

Now for some of those James Bond style tire spikes that the school bus driver can eject in front of a red light runner.

They should try painting them a bright color too. Maybe put red flashing lights when they stop. And how about making them gigantically bigger than cars?
