Does anybody know what power surplus I would need to run a mx7000

It depends on the number of built-in options! Does your MX have only 2 rotators or is it fully equipped with at least 5 rotators and various flasher and Work-/TakeDown-/Alley-lights?

Yes it has the lot apart from arrow stick

Here is the table out of the Code3 MX manual

Add up the specified currents according to the installed lights. And then add a reserve to the calculated amperage (incandescent lamps require much more power when switched on than later in operation).
