Help troubleshooting FS Rumbler

I installed a used FS Rumbler-2 system in my existing FS Platinum SM set up. I confirmed the Rumbler amp is receiving power and that it is triggering/activating. I am not however getting anything out of the Rumbler speakers and I am not getting the low tone change from the siren speaker.

My thought is a bad Rumbler amp since it seems as though it's not outputting any signal but is getting power/activating (the green timer LEDs come on if I adjust it and when triggered, I can hear a noise from the amp).

Is this a bad Rumbler amp or another issue? Anything else I can check to further narrow this down?

Issued solved. Apparently a pin was missing in the connector so the speaker wasn't actually making the connection and therefore the low tone didn't activate.
