Glass unity 9165

Hey guys, I got this glass lens. I’ll call it. It’s a unity 9165. Anybody have a clue what this would be. I attached some photos.

It has the kind of fluted lens associated with a foglight or driving light pattern. I'd guess it was meant to fit to a vintage fog or driving light for law enforcement use. In any event you can still buy them from Unity for $20, maybe you can email them and ask what it was for:
