I am currently working on a Federal Signal Legend Bar using a 6 Button Convergence Controller. Initial check of lightbar operation with pre-programmed settings was not successful. I then tried setting up a "custom" configuration using the Fed Sig software. The programming seemed to upload, but lightbar still will not operate. It is getting primary power. The real problem which appeared after using the software that the controller will NOT power up on the direct 12 volt wiring but will only power up when it is connected via USB to a computer. Any ideas why it no longer powers up with the direct 12 volt 3 wire plugin? Thanks in advance.
