2023 Ford Explorer

[MPD 818]

This is a privatley owned vehicle (POV) for a local volunteer fire fighter. The Explorer is a civilian model. Lighting is all new and a mix of Feniex, and Sound Off. Whelen Carbide system with hand held controller.

If I had to guess, he used the ODBII interface on the Carbide, which would be the easiest way for sure.

OBDII interface cables are read only. They can’t be used to feed signals back to the vehicle.

Very nice build! I love it! I also didn't know that the OBDII cables could not send data. I'm sure they're direct wired in that case.
