8-head LED flasher question

I have a 8 head SVP ULB24 interior lightbar. I’d like to rewire it so that it can flash similar patterns to a Liberty or Edge.

Currently it’s configured
A B A B - B A B A

I’d like to change it to

A B C D - D C B A

So that each matched pair can do an alternating pattern, such as SignalAlert. What’s the best way to accomplish this?

Whelen Ulf44 would be cheapest and you put 2 heads onto each of the 4 outputs and rewire the svp Leds back to the flasher. All subject to the Svps playing nicely with whelen flashers. Some products historically don't work with the ulf44.

The sync tab is to connect to another flasher so that the two talk to each other and you get the same flash patterns but for only certain of the flash patter. The output of the flasher is done on the four tabs on the right. The led heads need to be either dumb heads or locked to a steady burn pattern. The whelen instruction sheet is very helpful.

Edit. You can use the sync tab for phase 1 with other heads but to add additional LEDs I would piggy back each of the main 4 outputs rather . I run 6 heads in total without an issue with all 4 whelen and 2 axixtechs working well together.

In my series 600 lights and 300s the scanlock wires on the grill and wheel well look cut. Do I run new wiring and recounted them or???

If you use an external flasher like the ULF44, you will use only two wires for each lighthead: power and ground. Each lighthead will need its own power wire run back to the ULF44. Ground wires can be local.
