Support Unable to PM a member

I am unable to send a PM to site member philyumpshus. When I check his profile, it doesn't give me an option to start a conversation. Other members still have that option.

This could be because of two reasons:

1. They don't allow member's to PM them.
2. They have blocked you from contacting them.

Since you're still able to pm other members, it is one of those reasons and not a site tech issue. Due to that, this post is being locked.
