Recv'd notification of a post in the ring. Go to check it and it says I don't have permission to access. Any help?

I got a bit different message:

I bet it gets fixed sometime. It would not be a priority for me to have access. I am in no hurry to see it working - better to have Admin, with their limited time, working on higher priority items.
