got an email saying the item i purchased is not an item kept in stock and could take 5 weeks to obtain and cant be drop shipped from HAVIS

I know when he (Michael Netherton) the owner was around here, he wasn't a fan of the site or Marcson. Guy always seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and bad attitude. I'd start trying to get a refund. Recent google reviews are not promising.

The company stole $146 from me c. 2004. I still have the pictures of the product, emails, and Certified Letter I sent.

Hopefully you used a card so you could do a chargeback. Their website is like dial-up slow. Haven't seen an image load like that in years.

HOWEVER, there are issues getting equipment from manufacturers. I just waited nearly a month for a ION from Whelen. There's shortages in electronic parts (from China) and manufacturers are getting a slow start because hiring has been difficult. So they may actually be telling you the truth.

Unfiltered…. It’s a shitty damn business with asshole big companies locking our smaller companies from manufacturers. Then you gotta have money to buy people for large state agencies boats. Small guys don’t last. Gotta sell when you can make a profit off the company IF you get To that point.

nope. i have messaged his facebook and his "business' site still doesnt list who new owner is. I beleive i have exceeded the time limit at my bank for a refund
