Support New Member Account Question

I'm a new member, I've read the site rules and I tried to read the "New Member Info" link in a stickied thread but it returned a 404 error. When I tried to do the support ticket I got a "Oops, we ran into a problem."

As far as I can tell, there's no minimum post count to be able to PM someone, is that correct? When I click on profiles, I get the same "Oops..." error. Is there a probationary period or anything? Otherwise how do I PM someone?

If you could post links to the pages you’re not able to view, that would allow me to look into the problem.

New members need to make 15 posts before the privilege of private messaging is enabled. This is an anti-spam measure.

Yes, you will be able to reply to them. A good way to increase your post count is by posting on a seller's ad for them to PM you.
