mPower + nForce sync issues

I'm having an issue when I have the sync wires synced to a pair of nForce lights.

If I only turn on the mPower lights, they will stay steady burn Color 2 until I turn on the nForce lights. If I shut the nForce off, the mPowers stay flashing.

I configured the mPowers with the SOS Configurator.

Red wire: Flash Color 1
R/W wire: Steady Burn Color 1
Red + R/W Wire: Flash Colors 1&2
White wire: unused

I also tried the red wire unused and red + white wire Flash Color 1 with the same result.

Thoughts?

My grille lights with the same config are also doing it.

I did a few explorers last month. They had reused nforce grille lights and we added new mpowers on the mirrors. Bench tested all 4 had them sync fine. When I installed them I would get the mpowers on steady burn with the flash trigger and soon as I cut the sync to the grille they were fine. We think that the versions were diff as the grille lights were a few years older. It wasn’t the big of deal and the customer loved them anyway
We don’t like leaving lights that aren’t in sync but only other option was to add a flasher

These lights were all ordered at the same time (a month or two ago) but that sounds exactly like my issue.

Think SoundOff would be any help or should I just go back to the dealer?

You prob will get a quicker answer from the person you bought them from.
It’s strange because they say they do sync

I found a signal relay that I think will work. I'll tie it into the nForce sync wire that will allow it to sync with the rest when it's active. When the nForce is not active, it'll isolate the sync wire.... hopefully solving my issue.
