I just found this product and like it except for the price. Seems like a great way to mount a bunch of lights in a fairly painless manner. It is a precisely cut plastic housing that bolts to the front of the grill.

The website only has their Chevy Tahoe product but they make the for the PIU with 4 Ions and two Nanos.

I've seen the Tahoe one posted on here before, but this is the first I'm seeing of the Explorer one...now I need to buy one.

If I'm not mistaken, the sections blocked by this aren't "functional" anyways. At least in earlier model years it was just asthetic and didn't serve as air flow to the radiator and engine.

I'm sure an upfitter could comment on if this has changed
