Support Getting error code when trying to pm

I'm getting an error code (EX1054) when I click on someone's profile to pm them

What browser are you using? Have you closed it out and cleared your cookies? Is this happening on just one profile, or all members?

Your permissions shouldn't be prohibiting you from viewing a profile and I am not having issues with my personal account on Firefox or Edge browsers.

In the future, please create a Support Ticket (as seen in Link in my Signature). This will allow us to track the progress of Assistance requests, and all Staff can view, and get notified of these.
