Quick payment, smooth transaction.
Once he received the controller, unfortunately, it was DOA. He called me, we did some troubleshooting, confirmed it was DOA and i immediately refunded his money. Unfortunately, I don’t have one to replace it with. He was pleasant to converse with and not accusatory. I didn’t know it was not working, otherwise would haven’t have sold it.
I appreciate the ease of the transaction and apologize the controller was DOA.
I’d be happy to do business with him in the future.
