Custom Mounting Bracket Fabricator

I am looking for someone who can make a fairly simple mounting bracket that will go behind a grill to mount two surface mount Whelen IONs.  I have plans drawn out and can email them.  It need to be made of sturdy metal and does have a 90 degree bend on it.  Otherwise very simple.  I would like it powder coated as well.
