Based on this thread, I have implemented a system that will define abbreviations inline, allowing users to hover over a defined abbreviation to see the expanded words.
For example: NOS

I would like to ask the community to help us build this library. If there is a common abbreviation that is not underlined with dots (as seen above), please let us know in this thread and we'll add them. We'd like to keep these abbreviations limited to the site's subject matter or common internet shorthand.
