Support Chatting feature

Not a "technical issue" really, but just a question.  I frequently see the number "1" next to the chatting box and then can scroll down and see only one user name listed as chatting.  Just wondering how can a single user be chatting?  Who are they talking to if they are the only one utilizing this function?

It just means there is one person in the chat room, they may have the page open hoping someone else joins.  I suppose they could also be talking to themselves.

To expand on what Chris said... it means that either Alec or Nate are sitting in the chatroom waiting for someone to play with.
