Breakout box

i am in need of a breakout box for a ETL 5000, any ideas on where I can find one?

Sorry for the very delayed response...
You can actually use the breakout box of an EPL9000 for the ETL5000. The part number is PETLJ00 and should be able to get one from any dealer of ours.
