Anyone actually every see a Pierce Alert option installed in an advantedge?

I know the version I saw was made with a pierce alert body and two gen 1 advantedge rotators (like the inside of and OSC bar). My question is how did it mount? From what I remember it was behind a clear rotator style lens, but I don't remember the orientation of the base or how far forward it was.

I also can't find any official literature mentioning it, I don't know for sure that it wasn't special order or field "upgraded".

There was a Youtube video of a bar with one as well but it seems to have become unavailable.

In the advantedge, the pierce alert was in the center with two larger sweeping reflectors. The Piercer strobe version was also available in the center I have a few.
